i am angry and disappointed at he same time, i requested a 2nd decoder to my surprise they brought the wrong one, they went back with the 2nd one. today when i woke up its not playing , the error message says i have been blocked due to non payments, i was surprised because i make sure that i dnt miss any payments on my dstv . i tried calling several times every agent that i am speaking to put me on hold the hangs up

17 Sept 2025, 09:20Yesterday after writing to hello Peter they tv played again to my surprise today when I wake up it’s has been blocked again , this is such an inconvenient situation because I have to call DStv everyday to unblock me, I also find out that the other recorder hasn’t been cancelled yet the guys whom came to install they took it back and they even called DStv to cancel it. Please assist before I take the matter to ombudsman thank you
