Blocked channels

DStv multichoice is bull****, so today I was working from home and boom,my channels are blocked and when I try to send a whatsapp, this stupid robot that's automatically answering the text keeps asking me if I need help with chosing movies or checking my balance or signing in. That time my installment is due on the 7th of March, iys not even march yet they already blocked everything. Poor customer service at all levels nje. And they just keep repeating movies as if there is nothing new they can give to their customers. Netflicks is better than this even showmax is doing great compared to this good for nothing with boring channels
