Blind data spending
There is no way of keeping track of data. I called their customer service and they said I should download this Trusted Home App which makes signing up or logging into it seem like rocket science. I have tried for the past two weeks, but I still haven't managed to sign in. I called in multiple times but the calls get hung up when they are "finding my details".
