Blatant theft from my bank account

They overcharged me over 5 months, by more than R5000, they admit that the person who ordered the extra service, after listening to his voice, is clearly not me, and still they won't pay my money back, until "their investigation is concluded", which has been going on for more than a month now. That, my friends, is called theft!
