Blatant no regard for fixed contract

I phoned the call center spoke to Sathokazi who promised to send me an e-mail regarding my account as I have a contract for R899-00 per month but MultiChoice just increased my monthly account regardless of the fixed contract for 24 months. I am still waiting for an answer but MulriChoise feels nothing for their clients.
