BLACK LISTED BY DSTV

In March we took the option of paying our account a year in advance, for which you receive a discount.

In May I received an SMS on my phone to say that our account was in arrears. How can our account be in arrears when we paid up until March 2017. After many, many calls and promises that the discount would be credited nothing happened. I finally spoke to Leighton Coetzee who said that they could not send me a statement with a nil balance but I insisted and finally he sent me an email stating that we had paid our account until March 2017. I heard nothing further, received no statements and as far as I was concerned that matter was over. Boy was I surprised. A week ago my husband whose name this account is in app**** for a credit card, and was told that it was declined due to the fact that we had been handed over to Trans Union Credit Bureau by Multihoice for non payment of their account. I have tried calling Leighton Coetzee but have been unable to get hold of him, have sent him a number of emails and also sent one to a Sindisiwe Mswane but have received absolutely no response. My husband also went in to see them demanding that his name be cleared of this judgement but today we have received nothing.

DO NOT EVER PAY YOUR ACCOUNT IN ADVANCE AS THIS IS THE RESUL
