BLACK FRIDAY ******* ..part 2

After I posted my complaint regarding my black Friday promotion that they have not honored I received a call from multi choice dstv to find out what my complaint was I had to re tell them the whole scenario again and they agreed that I did qualify for the promotion for the R749 Price lock with the explra3 and wi - fi connector and extra view they don't know why I have not received it. When I asked them when will the problem be resolved they could not give me a answer all she said was that she would escalate my complaint. I phoned them again today and they gave me another excuse. that the promotion ended long ago and that I don't qualify for that promotion any more. Yet I did my application on the day they had the promotion .Now they say they can offer me that price lock for 12 months but I cant get that package of the dstv explorer 3 with wi fi .. this is totally unacceptable. On more than one occasion they promised me that as soon as the stock arrived for that promo they would honour the deal... AND THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER WAITING THERE WERE A LARGE NO OF PEOPLE STILL WAITING.i cant believe that you run a promotion and say that you don't have stock of the decoders but yet they said I can buy one. I think I must report them to the consumer council..
