BLACK FRIDAY PRICELOCK OFFER THAT NEVER HAPPENED

I have an issue with my DSTv pricelock account from initially when my contract commenced I was never debited the correct amount and even now my services have been disconnected and I am expected to pay R1700,00 after I have paid R1200 at Shoprite on 25.08.2019. Can someone please assist as I have called DSTv prepaid call centre and they state they can’t assist as pricelock customers are uniquely isolated and we are just bound to suffer.

The contract I undertook was black Friday special which I was supposed to pay R749 a month but that was never the case, I have been paying R839 for months now.

Can I get urgent feedback here as I have a decoder that is not working but I payed R1200.
