Hi i've been with DSTV for 9 years now , i signed up for a black friday deal , they sent 2 decoders when i only needed 1 , they started charging me for both even though the second one was sent back.

Call center promised to call me back numerous times , their consultants still call to sell things but they cant even sort out their accounts please could someone just assist i am fed up with the call center and their agents.
