Billing still not sorted

<p>I did write a complaint about 3 weeks ago on multi choices. After lots of calls and emails stating everything is sorted on my account , well it's still not sorted. Suppose to have a credit now after they corrected my account but by surprise they just deducted money from my account again. </p>
