DSTV is nothing but a **** where people are charged for services they dont have. I have been charged showmax since end of November and I called the customer service several times to rectify. I was given two references ***8/i329 and ***8-i340. Eventually the showmax charges were reversed again on sometime beginning of December. Then boom on the 14th December they charged me again. Now the **** is , they cannot even tell the email that activated the subscription or the device being used. Today I spoke to three rude conultants Asanda, Nolwazi and Nhlanhla, who not only could not assist but they dropped the call on me.I was told in no uncertain terms that they do not call back clients when the call is interrupted. What kind of bull**** service is that? There is no escalation number or email and yet we are ripped of monthly?
