Billing Query
Till to date I have not got a single response or call back let alone feedback regarding my dstv account. Even after I called dstv I was told they will escalate my issue and I was assured by the agent someone will call me back... But yet again as always you people are such a huge disappointment.

04 Feb 2025, 22:00I have been calling dstv today like a mad dog barking up the wrong tree and pour agents are so so srude including the management, my escalation was not done including the one I asked for as I said I will not be paying for any dstv for this month until I pay next month which is month this is for every single thing you have done and all my time you have waisted and I have not gotten any call from amnyone here on hello Peter you guys are a **** and *****, 😡😡😡😡

04 Feb 2025, 22:01Even worse the manager was so rude towards me and hung up on me then called back arguing with me that I dropped the call then she did it again and she never called me back again
