Billing problem

I took an explora deal and that seems to be the worst mistake I have ever done. From the day I received I haven't had joy. First I was doubled billed and there other extra charges I did not understand. I have been phoning for assistance and they keep on promising to put a journal through to reverse the extra charges I don't know about but it's never done. On Monday the 18th I spoke to a lady who promised to process a journal and send a request for a debit order that was not done and now the dstv is off again
