Billing Mistake
I am having a billing problem. There is an amount of R1629 that I'm told I owe DSTV but that is not correct as the amount for August was already paid. I tried calling the agents to fix this and they said it will be fixed but nothing happened on my account as it is still showing the amount owed. Please fix this! I do not owe this amount.
