Billing mess now my problem.

In December I decided to get the dpp Explora deal at the same time I was moved to debit order and in January delivery took place. I was over the moon with the new unit and soon had extra view done as well. All was peachy untill I checked my bank account in Feb. I noticed that the debit order never went off. I phoned them and had it sorted out, or so I thought. I was told to make a payment of R1020 which I did. I paid R1050 as I suspected that it did not include the now canceled insurance. Phone them and again, no sir to have insurance re connected, R32, so I pay R50, today I phone to see what the status is and guess what, No sir, you owe us another R12 more to connect insurance. First of all why dont you give the full amount on the 1st call? Second, your calls are recorder, the first person that forgot to pushnthe button to switch me to debit order should be setling my phone bill. I have spent over an hour with Multichoice in less than a week because I assumed that a debit order will be less hassle than cash transfers. What a surprise and guess who keeps having to make aditional payments. I believe I might be paying penalties because of one persons shocking ability to do her job
