Billing Issues.

I have been paying a total of R644 per month for my DSTV compact plus. This includes two decoders connected..I made a manual eft payment of R729 on 26 May for the June subscription. On 30 May a debit order for about R2330 was processed by Multichoise. The R2330 debit order was subsequently refunded. However, Multichoise is saying I still owe about R640,even after making a payment of R729 at the end of May. The statement is showing items that know nothing about ranging from reconnection fee, to insurance fee, and Box Office to premium subscription, all which I did not sign up for. I have called Multichoise in the week trying to resolve this billing issue but no one is able to assist. All I am asking is for all the abnormal charges be reversed and only be charged what I have always been paying.
