Billing Issues

Hi Guys

May I please have somebody attend to my longstanding billing issues. For months now I've been chasing you guys, through your various touchpoints (call centre, chat on the DStv Now app, email, twitter), to sort out my billing issues.

For the last couple of months, my account balance has been reflecting an amount that is double my monthly subscription. Every time I query this, I'm told "it's a misallocation". For the last two months, this has been corrected manually. But the problem still persists.

May you kindly have someone get to the bottom of this once and for all.
