Billing issues

I decided to write a review here as I might receive a response. Our business lines for DSTV has been off for months now due to non payment. I received an email to say that our lines have not been paid and that the lines were disconnected until payment is received. Firstly one cannot contact a manager at DSTV that deals with business accounts. I sent numerous emails to DSTV with the following simple questions: 1. Where are our monthly invoices being sent to? In the event that its being sent to the wrong person. 2. I required all the outstanding invoices to be sent in order for processing to be done. 3. I needed a contact person at DSTV business to discuss the issues I experienced on a very regular basis with our business accounts. I never received a response other than receiving a statement with the outstanding amount on it, with which we cannot process payment. I think our DSTV has been off now for almost 6 months and after weekly emails which became monthly emails I have not received any feedback from the DSTV call centre.
