Billing issue sorted finally

I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Duduzela Mthembu for the excellent service she provided me Thursday she helped me to sort out my billing. I have been battling with your contact center supervisors and *********** agents but she called me and kept me posted until the issue was resolved. Duduzela's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.
