BILLING ISSUE
I am very dissapointed with the service i have recieved from Multichoice ( PriceLock) they approached me and offered me the service and what i was told it made sense to have a service whereas the amount does not increase over 24months, however during February 2020 my account was suspended and my viewing stopped i called the callcentre and was told to pay R745.00 i then made that amount plus the R50.00 for the reconnection fee, i called in and they reconnected my services one week later my account was suspended again i called in and they advised that there was an issue with my billing and that they would provide me with a detailed statement, each month i paid what i was told to pay according to the whatsapp robot and also the statements on my dstv now app and on certain months the account was in a credit and then certain months a debit less than my subsription fee which is not my fault, i have called in so many times and the agents in the callcentre are clueless they each give me different figures and i am told that my query has been escalated, I eventually got hold of someone via email and then they said that I owed dstv R3093.00 which they could not explain to me how it got there, they then said they would contact me so we can formalise an arrangement which I have to date not received, I then called in again at the end of February 2020 and I was told to pay R970.00 I then paid a R1000.00 and my services was put back on and when I asked the agent when my next payment was due she stated at the end of March 2020 on 15 March 2020 I received an sms saying that my debit order of about R2951.00 returned unpaid four days later I get an sms that my payment was not received and therefore my services will be suspended, to date I have tried calling in requesting that an agent or someone call me cause clearly there is an issue with my account billing and no one from multichoice has contacted me on a way forward so we can finalise this issue because my services are still suspended and no one has gotten back to me and this is an ongoing issue I cant have this for the rest of the year otherwise I think I should rather cancel multichoice get fibre and subscribe to Netflix cause its seems more cost effective and less troublesome,
