Billing issue
Hi there<br> <br> I used to have a naspers employee account with DSTV, my usual debit order<br> <br> 02 Feb R 282.00<br> 23 Feb R 197.40<br> 23 March R282.00<br> 29 April R321.49<br> <br> I then resigned and asked to keep my current package, DSTV premium <br> <br> and on the 25 of May i was charged R 1,181.17 <br> <br> can you explain this? Does not make any sense<br> <br> Thanks

. pro- rate amount for the period 30 April 2015 to 24 May 2015 - R335.50 for the premium package.
. pro- rate amount for the period 30 April 2015 to 24 May 2015 - R66.67 for the access service
. monthly subscription for premium for period 25 May 2015 to 24 June 2015 - R699.00.
. monthly subscription for access fee for period 25 May 2015 to 24 June 2015 - R80.00.
This in total adds to the amount of R1181.17. Please be advised that your next payment is due on the 25 June 2015 for the amount of R779.00.
