Billing Incorrect

I paid my DSTV account at Shoprite Checkers for the amount R560 plus a reconnection fee of R50 on the 25th of August. Immediately when I got home it was re-connected - fast forward to yesterday the 17th of September my DSTV was disconnected - I checked the balance by dialing the code that was on my TV and it said I owe them R562,60 which really drove me up the wall as I had already paid.<br> <br> I called Multichoice and the lady on the phone told me that there was an overdue amount of R340 - I asked why is this and why was i never contacted via message on my TV about this, I then told her that I paid the balance I had to pay and why was it re-activated if I owed them and then get disconnected two weeks before my next payment is due and the lady tells me that she has no idea why - how helpful. I decided to go to shoprite and pay the amount only to be told I owe DSTV R749..can someone please fix this because I am on the verge of cancelling - not that it will make a difference or you care but I really feel like the accounts department are slacking.
