Billing frustration

Dstv services, billing and staff is a joke. I keep getting different prices to pay with an explanation of being in arrears which none of the agents is able to explain since one gets the amount to pay from dstv before paying. Last month I was referred to a William who called to explain my bill but still vouke not explain how one ends up in arrears when what they pay a.montb is what they are told by you to pay. He ended up threatening to drop the phone on me " because clearly you want me to tell you what you want to hear" he said. I demanded to speak to his manager whom he named as Solano Sithole he said I could speak to managèr , I assumed it was because of working from home so I asked for the manager to call me, to this day he never called. When i got home that day. The kids who were visiting for holidays had no tv and that carried on for a whole two days. The amount sent to me to pay and the amount on whatsapp is not the same . So I called today to find out how much to pay if I wanted tv on for the next 2 weeks till month end. I was told 600+! For two weeks?? Even if it is now closed but how much does that mean I pay now a month if two weeks is now 600+? Agent took another 5 minutes trying to find the explanation!! He said I am 300+ now in arrears! The "How " is what he was trying to find an answer to until I dropped the phone!!! I am so sick of Dstv I am seriously looking for an alternative now oh go back to the basics because clearly I will end up paying R1000 just for tv for which I agreed to a R500 contract with for the compact and DECODER upgrade plus insurance with a R4000 salary! ***!!! Out of all the things that have and could frustrate me in 2020!! DSTV!! NO WAYS GUYS. Fix this or cancel my dstv for good. Mncm
