Billing errors
Good day
I have an issue with my dstv account. I am a premium subscriber with price lock.
Id number: ********** 158080 Mr J Govender ********** 009
I have been debited extra on 1 February 2018 - R978 1 January 2018 - R868
Previously i have been paying R929. I have the premium bouquet and dstv add on north Indian bouquet.
I have called multichoice numerous times and the consultants keep saying they will have to escalate the issue. I have received no joy out of this! My dstv statement shows that i should be getting debited R929, however that was not the case for the past month. Previously I had this same problem and i had to call multichoice to sort this out. The previous issue was sorted out and the agent credited me the extra fees that was debited from me. I activated dstv mobile in October 2017. As far as i know, dstv mobile is free for premium subscribers. Dstv subscriptions are not cheap, and i expect to be getting better service than this. I cant keep calling multichoice every month to keep sorting this problem. The agent previously said that this wont happen again, and here i am writing again!
Please sort this out, as i am scheduled to pay extra again for the upcoming month as i see on my statement.

Our records indicate your Price Lock subscription contract ended on the 13.07.2017. We were under charging you incorrectly the charge of R929.00:
· R665.00 for the DStv Premium package
· R75.00 Access fee for the PVR functions (record, rewind, pause and fast forward).
· R229.00 for the DStv Indian package.
· -R40.00 Price Lock discount.
The account should be billed R1103.00, as the services are reverted to the current normal monthly subscription:
· R789.00 for the DStv Premium package.
· R85.00 Access fee for the PVR functions (record, rewind, pause and fast forward).
· R229.00 for the DStv Indian package.
We have linked your DStv mobile device to your Premium subscription, to ensure you are not billed for it. We have credited the DStv mobile charges.
The account reflects an only an outstanding balance of R35.82.
The next monthly subscription is R1138.82:
· R35.82 arrears amount.
· R789.00 for the DStv Premium package.
· R85.00 Access fee for the PVR functions (record, rewind, pause and fast forward).
· R229.00 for the DStv Indian package.
We review our subscription fees annually when we do our planning for our new financial year.
