Billing error still unresolved

Last month my account were over debited due to I have an price lock with DSTV , i were advised through sms that there is an credit and it would be loaded against my account for October , this was an lie no credit was given and still an higher amount was taken from my account in October I want my credit today in my checque account due to twice an error from DSTV how many times do you want to debit my account incorrectly If i don't have my credit today in my checque account i am going to Carte Blanche Billing error still unresolved
