Billing dispute
So i Zenzele Nhlapo have been with DSTV for years. Currently i pay +580 for ny subscription monthly which is debited on my account.End of June a debit of R1900 odd goes off so i called and inquire, I was advised i subscribe on Streaming for 699.I do not even know what is that streaming .The consultant advised they can't deactivate i need to login and cancel they cant help me.I am still disputing but no assistance was given to me. Today i login my account to find that there's no streaming active n my bill is now 2512 of which i don't know what is it for as i pay 580 odd monthly for my subscription. Im not paying something i dont know about and this needs to be investigated.Im disappointed at the service after so many years being a loyal customer and paying on time.No notifications of any changes on my bill 😒. This needs to be rectified ASAP I will not pay anything morethan 580 pm n all chrges and fees removed on my account as nobody can explain this at customer care n their have a do not care attitude when it comes to customers which is unacceptable. Pls call me to sort thisout and i do not expect my viewing to be stopped as this isnot my fault. This is*****!!!!!!!!

Thanks for correcting the account I have paid 580 via capitec now and my service ha been disconnected. Pls resolve this as the issues were on your and restoremy connection. There is an amount of 737.56reflecting on the account sowith the payment the diff is 157.56 .Can you advise what isthat for n howwill it affect my billas i expect only 580 to be debited end July.
