Billing Debacle since new system introduced
We have multiple decoders on our account. Multichoice are unable to allocate parts of the payment to the correct decoder and as a result, our holiday home decoder gets cut off intermittently and without warning, despite our account being paid in full (we are not on debit order). I have been to Multichoice offices on numerous occasions and each time I am given different information on how to cope with this. The statement is not sent regularly as in the past - when I request a statement I am sent a one pager, making no sense at all as it doesn't reflect all the decoders. There is no way to understand which part of the account is in debit or credit.<br> I am very unhappy with the current status quo and trying to take my complaint to a higher level has proved fruitless.
