Multichoice has the worst billing system ever... A couple of months ago i asked a consultant to cancel my extra view but till this day i am being charged for something that i requested to be cancelled on a recorded line *USELESS* ... I requested for my payment history however no1 seems to know what to send me all they are able to do is Bill me for something that i asked to be cancelled. Multichoice will deactivate your services and still charge you the full amount for the month...

Please note that the account has PVR access and cancelling the extra view does not reduce the amount. It will remain DStv Compact plus R399.00 and PVR access R95.00. Should you cancel PVR access and extra view that is when you will not pay the R95.00.

Please make a payment of R 881.49 to activate the account.
