Billing and Call Center Inconsistencies

There are inconsistencies on my account, total balance doesnt reflect the package i chose. Been calling their so-called agents but all they do is create plethora of cases which are escalated to the billing department and yet are forever being unresolved. as a result i have to pay more than im supposed to.
