Billing after I had suspended service
Having suspended my DSTV account in 2015 to save money, I re-activated it over a weekend in October for someone who was house sitting. On my return I phoned to de-activate again. All was in order for de-activation from the end of October 2015.

In January 2016 I noticed I had been billed for both November and December. I phoned around the 5th of January. They said while it had be de-activated for some reason it didn't. Four calls over the next two months, brought promises to either get back to me or that it would be sorted!

Still I wait! I don't know my customer number off hand, so other than the call centre, do not know how to contact them. I have now tried to sms for a new service, tweet them and email enquires.
