I was called by the Multichoice agents the whole of July asking me to subscribe for debit order,and eventually I agreed and gave them my banking details together with the debit date.I dont understand what was all that for coz now my dish has been cut off n there is money in the account still.I cannot and I will not pay the reconnection fee while I have set the debit order.Please sort it out.
