billing

Firstly I am very disappointed by the services I received at multichoice dstv.. Every morning I wake up to find an error messages which I tried removing via self help with no luck everyday I call in and honestly services are not good all the agent doesn't know what is going on .. I paid 400 on the 7th of august today its disconnected it says I owe R303 of which I am on compact one minute when I call I am being told its not reflecting one minute its reflecting but yet the dstv is disconnected and I can't get an explanation as to why they is 303 on my account where as compact is 319 and I pay 400 I even sent messages on facebook and I sent pop to the email I was giving this is unacceptable dstv ..
