<p>Since when does common law in SA state that a supplier can send an SMS instead of an Invoice? Despite having requested an emailed invoice (which they used to send) on NUMEROUS occasions, DSTV go their own arrogant way and do what they want to do. Even if it inconveniences the consumer...........</p>
