Billing
<p>I really don't understand how your billing works. My normal debit amount is R874. I moved to the price lock explora on the 28th of June. Now I was debit R1071 today. How can 2 days of pro-rata be R197? I was told the new debit amount will only be R959. Can someone please tell me why I was over billed? I'm really not happy or impressed. I moved to price lock to save on money not pay more.</p>

The next debit order will be R842.47 due on the 2nd August 2017.
