You currently have an outstanding amount of R 110.93 which is a prorated amount charged for period 02-01-2017 to 11-01-2017 since service was active without payment.
To reconnect including the amount due you need to pay R 505.93 :
R345 - DStv Compact Subscription for period 02-03-2017 to 01-04-2017
R50 - Reconnection fee
R 110.93 - outstanding for service viewed in January without payment.
Total = R 505.93.
Further please note that your payment must reach on or before your payment date to avoid disconnection and being charged R50 reconnection fee.
