Billing

You guys are over charging me, I have insurance billing me for something I never agreed on. I've called several times to clear it up but failed. Dstv has not gotten back to me with positive outcome. Why should I call and clear up a bill that I never signed up for. I stopped paying for dstv for over a year, it is only few months that I am back and to my suprise the service is still as bad. I have been paying for things I don't understand, my monthly subscription is R470 but I end up paying close to R600. Tell me why my bill is still R600 for next month. If this is not resolved I'm afraid I will stop using your services for good this time
