billing
My husband and I changed to the premier view we were requested to pay 450 extra of which we did in the middle of april our dstv got closed and we decided to go pay the money they wanted. Fine in May the 15th the close it again I decide I will wait till month since we payable the 1st of June en paid the owing amount which is 650 and I made payment the 29th May. Its the 16th again and they have switched it off yet again claiming we owe them 510 they have been billing us twice in once month and claim to send statetements that are not making accounting sense. Its the 3rd month they doing this. Prior they did it to my mother and she called them into in order now its us. They making money out of people for services we are paying for.
