Can someone at DSTV please advise me how is it possible that I cancelled my subscription with DSTV in April 2017 and I still get billed for May 2017, How is it possible not to have records of the cancelation? Also I updated my details with DSTV over 3 years ago yet they still do not have my new Address on system, Can I please get a resolution to this billing issue immediately, I have never had issues but after cancelling I get billed for the next month? This is unacceptable, is this your ploy to rob people. I am highly upset now you hand over this account to collections Attorneys when there should not have been billing in the first place. Please resolve this matter as a matter of Urgency, Social media will be next if this matter is not resolved.

I have checked on our records, there's no communication showing your request to cancel the service in April 2017. For this reason, the service remained active till the 07th June 2017 leaving the account with an overdue balance of R416.91.
Please pay the balance owed to bring your account to zero balance.
Regarding the new address details, kindly forward the new details to *** to have your information updated.

Why and how can you not have records, i am not liable for negligence from your staff, please resolve this issue as i should not be held liable for your errors. Please sort this out i am getting highly annoyed now.
