Worst service ever. After the company debited me a R100 more I contacted them and the promised it wouldn't happen again and that they would refund my amount owed to me by deducting what the owed me off my next debut owed. Guess what they debited me again with the wrong amount and now owe me R200. After calling and asking Preticia to help me. I requested to speak to a manager or team leader. After waiting 5 days no one contacted me. I called in today and asked for help and asked the consultant to call me back. And well nothing. It has coated me more trying to get help from dstv than my actual service cost to watch the dam thin
