Billed without my permission

I'd like to complain about Multichoice and/or Showmax who decides to bill me every month via my Vodacom contract even though I cancelled the subscription. Then every month I receive a message from Vodacom to say my subscription has been activated without my permission. I've logged a complaint on Multichoice's website and asked for a refund but am still waiting for a response
