Billed incorrectly two consecutive months

I would like to communicate an unfair treatment from Multichoice.I have been querying an over debit in my account for a month and to date nothing has been done.they again debited an incorrect amount from my account for february.so two months in a row with an incorrect debit.Do not take contracts with them they are *****s and do not care about customers.their call centre has *********** people too.disgusted
