Billed incorrectly

For 3 weeks I have been fighting with the dstv about being incorrectly billed, even this morning, I have been told I have 2 decoders, sometimes I have showmax, in a single month I have owed dsvt R2200, then R1200 now R957, I wish there was an alternative to dstv
