BILLED INCORRECTLY
So I had taken out the price Lock Plan since March 2016 until February 2018 when my contract lapsed. I was billed R529 on February which ended my price plan. Now in March 2018-They billed me for R537.50 instead of the R385 + R85 + R17.50 that I know I am owing them. Paying via a debit had been amazing but I have a problem when DSTV help themselves out of amounts I am not contracted on!Can my account be looked into and rectified accordingly?Thanks!

According to our records on 17 February 2018 amount of R399.00 was transferred to your residential account from your price lock account for period 17 February 2018 to 16 March 2018. As a result, your account was short paid by R70.00
It is for this reason you were billed R520.00 instead of R450.00.
