Billed for unauthorized service
Hi I have been a loyal customer for 11 years. Never missed any payment. Sad how I've been treated by Dstv. I called on numerous occasions and still no answer no help no resolution. I was billed for a compact subscription that I never authorized and I had to pay for it and I've been battling to get answers. I received numerous references but none of the managers employed at Dstv cares about their customers or reputation of the company. I am very disappointed by the treatment I've received. I want urgent feedback and my money returned. My reference is ***7i827.
