BILLED FOR DSTV BUT WASN'T WATCHING

After months of receiving calls from Multichoice Attorneys, I called their call center and got through to Moenieb Devries based at the call center in JHB - I asked the agent to speak with someone within a management position, Moenieb Devries came on the line and introduced himself as the Team Leader (this is not who I asked to speak with) I told him that I was not interested in speaking with a Team Leader (His attitude changed immediately as he must've felt his ego was now bruised) His attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Is anybody able to direct me to an Area Manager within Cape Town as I need this query to be resolved as I refuse to pay monies to an organization for services I did not use!!! DSTV MULTICHOICE is currently ruining my credit rating and it isn't fair
