BILLED FOR DISNEY + BUT NO SERVICE PROVIDED, THEN OVERCHARGED!

On the 14th June 2022 I cancelled my XTRA View and unlinked one of my encoders. Shortly after that I noticed that my Disney + service was cancelled, I requested subscription again, and the system said awaiting payment. I waited until 20 June to see if it would resolve itself however this did not happen. I contacted the operator who stated that this was a problem with me and Disney + and that I had to contact them. I contacted Disney + who confirmed that my subscription had been cancelled by DSTV. I phoned DSTV again and went through a long process where they sated that due tot he fact that this has not already been resolved, that they could escalate it and their utmost attention would be placed on the problem. I was promised a email confirming the status and resolution, DEAD AIR till now. I then followed up on Wednesday and spent another long session on the call where I insisted that a manager speak to me who was competent in resolving my issue. I insisted that I be called by 12:30, the manager to call me was Austin Perumall. To date thus ***ard has not called me. I then followed up again on Friday and very helpful operator by the name of Charlette assisted me. I again told my story and advised her that there was an outstanding payment. There we identified that Multichoice has messed up my account in May for no apparent reason with 2 pages of cancellations and re-invoicing with over charges being included. She was exceptionally helpful and arranged the credits and verified all my issues with Disney + as I stated. She then stated that there is a subscription issue on their side and they are busy resolving and that she will email me once this has been resolve. To date not response. To summarize: 1) Disney + was cancelled with out permission 2) Services was cancelled and reinstated with service fees without permission 3) Disney + connection fee has been billed twice and yet I still do not have a service 4) I have yet again been over charged without reason

WHO IS COMPETANT TO RESOLVE THIS DISASTER AND ACTUALLY PROVIDE ME A SERVICE AS I HAVE RIGHTFULLY PAID FOR?
