Billed for an account that does not exist

I bought a decoder and had it installed on the 28th November 2015. Then after about 2 weeks the Dstv service was disconnected and when I called they told me I had to pay an amount of 180 to have it reconnected as I had not paid my account when they installed it. In less than 2 wks it was disconnected again, and when I called I was told that my account is in arrears and I have to pay 166 to have my services reconnected which I did, during the call I was told that I have two accounts under my name and I asked them to remove the other one as I had chose one account for 100 rands monthly and did not know about the other one. Then after another 2 wks it was disconnected again and was told to pay R60 to have it reconnected and I did so, even then they told me again that I have 2 accounts under my name and every time I pay the money goes to the other unknown account and they cannot trace it back to my account so I have to pay the R60 whilst they try and sort out the issue. In the following three days it was disconnected again, that's when I decided to cancel the services. But on Feb I decided to have it reconnected and I still have the same disconnection drama.I received no help calling.
