Billed for a cancelled service on a monthly basis

I cancelled my account with M-choice on 02/09/2017 cancellation ref ********** 0/I31 and I kept on getting billed up until today 03/01/2018. I went to the bank to put a stop order on "X" amount that was being deducted on a monthly basis, the "X" amount was not deducted after my stop order, but the second month they billed me for 2 months. Every month was a battle to hold on the line for assistance and get the "X" amount deducted paid back into my account. I phoned today and apparently, my account has been closed as shown for months, however it shows open on the background??? the matter was escalated for the numerous time again ref ********** 0/I66 the acting manager in which I could not speak to, nor I could get details for future occurrence, was at my service, nor availability. No end to the ongoing ***** that someone is trying to commit in the department.
