Billed for 2 decoders I don't have

I can't believe I'm again going through this with Multichoice. I have just enquired about my bill, and I am being told I have two packages, an Explorer and a Compact package. I know of only the Explorer. I am now being told the Compact was activated on the 2 days ago . No one can tell me by whom. What is happening with Multi choice?
