Billed extra 2mnths in a row after saying error

Debited extra two months in a row extra even though the first time said it was in error the first time. Still debited same incorrect amount after saying will credit my account. No credit no refund. Multi choice is *********** their customers, charging exorbitant prices, over charging, downgrading functionality saying they improving technology and giving Chinese service.<br> *******....
